🎶 Band-A-Palooza is Almost Here! 🎶 Join us on Saturday, October 12th for the 14th annual Band-A-Palooza hosted by the Maysville High School Panther Marching Band! This exciting competition will feature 15 high school marching bands from across the state. 🕔 The event kicks off at 5:00 PM 🎟 Admission: $8 for Adults | $6 for Students and Seniors 📍 Our very own Panther Marching Band will take the field at 9:35 PM in the MAC! Come out and show your support!

🐾The Maysville School Store is Open for Business! 🐾 Maysville High School Business Pathway students have been hard at work, and are excited to announce that the school store is officially open! ☕️ They offering coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks every morning during advisory. Stay tuned—the School Store Production students are also working on new apparel that will be available soon! 👕🧢 At this time, they only accepting cash, but we hope to offer more payment options in the near future. 🎓 Maysville alum Layla Renner, a 2017 graduate, returned to inspire our students with her entrepreneurial journey and AI expertise in Mrs. Warne's Class! 🐾 After starting her collegiate career at Ohio University Zanesville, she transferred to the Athens campus, where she founded a candle business that went viral, leading to the opening of her first store in Columbus. Layla has been featured in publications like Business Insider and Rachel Way magazine, and she now leads Creative Gold Agency, a full-service marketing firm with a team of six women based in Columbus. 📈💼 Today, Layla spoke with our students about the power of AI for career planning. She explained how AI can be used to explore career paths, research colleges, and develop the skills needed for future success—whether in entrepreneurship or established companies. Layla demonstrated AI's ability to help with business planning, marketing, fundraising, and even administrative work, encouraging students to embrace this versatile tool for the workforce of tomorrow.
