Kindergarteners Explore Vibrations in the Tinker Lab! Maysville kindergarteners had a blast exploring the science behind vibrations during their visit to the Tinker Lab! Through hands-on activities, they discovered how vibrations create sound and how we can observe these invisible movements in fun and exciting ways. Students rotated through three interactive stations to investigate the magic of vibrations: 📞 Vibration Cup Phones: Using string and cups, students built their own cup phones to see how sound travels through vibrations. They were amazed to hear their friends' voices travel across the string! 🎵 Harmonicas: With craft sticks, rubber bands, and straws, students created simple harmonicas. By blowing air between the bands, they could feel the vibrations and hear the sounds they produced. 🔔 Tuning Forks: At the tuning fork station, students tapped the forks to create vibrations they could see and feel. They even placed the vibrating forks in water to watch the ripples! Proud to be a panther. #PantherPride
