🏗️ 4th Graders Take on Earthquake Engineering! 🌍
Maysville Elementary 4th grade students put their problem-solving skills to the test by using the Engineering Design Process to tackle earthquake damage! Working with a $15 budget, teams created shopping lists, built three-story structures, and tested their designs on an earthquake shake table. Some ideas held strong, while others had valuable design lessons—an amazing learning experience all around! 👷♂️

Mrs. Kim’s students put their skills to the test by practicing how to create realistic, fake wounds and classify different wound types. It was a unique and educational experience that brought healthcare concepts to life! 🩺

Today, Maysville Elementary students enjoyed a hands-on Fall Harvest experience! From learning how apple cider is made to discovering the amazing process of bees making honey, our students were buzzing with excitement! A special thank you to our wonderful Guest Readers Cindy Branch and Sandy Smith, the Daniels Family for sharing their beekeeping knowledge, the Flinn Family for providing fresh apple cider, and Dillon State Park for making the day unforgettable. 🌾🍏

The Maysville Panther Marching Band is hosting a "last run through" on Friday, November 1st at 4:30 pm in the MAC. This is an informal setting as the Marching Panthers prepare to take the field for OMEA State Marching Band Finals in Piqua on Sunday, November 3rd at 6:45 pm. Any student, teacher, parent, families or community members are welcome to attend to watch a final run of their show titled, "Julius Caesar". 🎶💛💙
